Ex-ByteDance intern Keyu Tian, who was allegedly dismissed for “serious misconduct”, is a co-author of one of two papers chosen for the NeurIPS Best Paper Award  —  Keyu Tian and his coauthors won the Best Paper Award at the annual NeurIPS machine learning conference for their work on a new technique for generating images.
