Karur Vysya Bank’s total business up 15% yoy in Q3FY25

Karur Vysya Bank has reported a 15 per cent year-on-year (yoy) growth in total business (deposits plus advances) in the third quarter to ₹1,81,997 crore as at December-end 2024.

The private sector lender’s total deposits increased by about 16 per cent yoy to ₹99,155 crore as at December-end 2024. Advances were up about 14 per cent yoy to ₹82,842 crore, per the Bank’s provisional business numbers.

Low-cost current account, savings account (CASA) deposits declined to 28.40 per cent of total deposits as at December-end 2024 against 31.53 per cent as at December-end 2023.
