Puravankara Ltd on Thursday said it has acquired 3.63-acre land parcel in Bengaluru to build a housing project with an estimated revenue of Rs 700 crore. The land parcel, located at Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru, will have a saleable area of 5.42 lakh sq ft and a total estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of more than Rs 700 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing. The company did not divulge the land acquisition value and the name of the seller.

Adani Commodities, one of the promoter entities of the Adani Group, will be selling up to 20 per cent stake in Adani Wilmar through an offer for sale at a floor price of ₹275 per share, the company said in a statement. The base offer is for 17.55 crore shares or 13.5 per cent equity with an over-subscription option of 8.45 crore shares or 6.5 per cent equity. At the floor price, the sale would generate ₹7,150 crore.

GAIL (India) Limited (the nodal agency for domestic gas allocation) informed Mahanagar Gas Limited that the domestic gas at APM price has been increased by 26 per cent with effect from January 16 for the company. This will increase allocation for CNG from 37 per cent to 51 per cent for MGL. This being considerable increase in allocation shall have a positive impact on the profitability of the company.

Yash Highvoltage has entered into a MOU with Electrolink Power Solutions Ltd, UnitedKingdom (UK) for a period of initial period of 12 months and further extended for period of 12 months by mutual understanding. The purpose of the agreement is to appoint it as a distributor of the company to promote and market the products (types of bushings)in the United Kingdom & Ireland. The Republic of Ireland is excluded.

Indian Overseas Bank has said it is selling non-performing assets of Rs 11,500 crore to asset reconstruction companies. The Chennai-headquartered lender said it is selling 46 loan accounts and invited expressions of interest from the ARCs, according to an official statement.

HIndalco Industries informed the exchanges that its US-based indirect wholly owned subscidiary Novelis Inc plans to raise $750 million through issuance of bonds. Novelis intends to use the net proceeds from the proposed offering to repay $738 million of outstanding debt and any remaining proceeds to fund cash on its balance sheet.

The board of Vodafone Idea has allotted 1,69,32,18,361 shares at ₹11.28 a share, to Omega Telecom Holdings Pvt Ltd (1,08,45,94,607 shares) and Usha Martin Telematics Limited (60,86,23,754 shares), promoters of the company, aggregating to ₹1,909.95 crore, on a preferential basis.
