US-based Warburg Pincus-promoted Shriram Housing Finance, subsidiary of Shriram Finance, has launched its new brand identity: Truhome Finance. The rebranding follows its acquisition by Warburg Pincus and its co-investors, including QIA, Qatar’s sovereign wealth fund, the company said in a statement. As part of the agreement, it said, Shriram Finance Group received an investment of Rs 1,225 crore, helping the company augment its net worth to over Rs 3,300 crore and marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey.

Welspun Corp has signed a pact with Saudi Aramco to establish a Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded (LSAW) line pipe manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. The facility, located in Dammam 3rd Industrial City, will have an annual production capacity of 350,000 MT and is expected to commence operations by mid-2026, the company said in a statement.
