Nolte India targets pan-India expansion with $2-million investment

Nolte India, the Indian arm of the German modular kitchen player Nolte Küchen, is set to expand its footprint across India.

The company has earmarked $2 million to support a pan-Indian expansion plans.

Currently operating in 60 countries, German modular kitchen brand Nolte Küchen is focusing on expanding its presence in India with plans to open multiple flagship stores in key cities.

Dealership Network expansion

Nolte India currently has a network of 10 dealerships and aims to add seven more within the next three to four months. By the end of 2025, the company plans to establish 30 stores across tier-one and tier-two cities.

The $2 million investment is expected to strengthen the brand’s presence in cities like Bengaluru, Kolkata, Indore, Surat, Guwahati, Raipur, and Baroda but also enable its entry into new markets such as Chennai, Ludhiana, Goa, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Lucknow, and Andhra Pradesh within six months.

As part of its expansion, Nolte India will launch a flagship store in Mumbai. “In the next quarter or two, we will establish our flagship store in collaboration with a joint venture partner,” said Selvakumar Rajulu, Managing Director, Nolte FZE Dubai.

“This store will serve as a competence centre where customers can experience the complete range of products,“ he told businessline.

With this expansion, Nolte aims to capture 25 percent of the European kitchen market segment within the next three years. The company’s current market share stands at approximately 6 percent. It has also set a target turnover of $12 to $15 million in the coming years.

Launched in 2006, the German brand operates in the kitchen interiors and innovation space. Nolte’s India operations are managed by Nolte FZE, a fully integrated competence centre based in Dubai. The brand exports to over 25 countries and has more than 75 showrooms across the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, and the Far East.
