Bajaj Auto Ltd. has announced the launch of the Chetak 35 series, its flagship electric two-wheeler range, featuring three variants: Chetak 3501, 3502, and 3503. Equipped with a 3.5 kWh battery, the series offers significant advancements in range, charging time, and storage capacity.

The Chetak 35 series is designed for urban riders, boasting a range of 153 km on a single charge and a charging time of 0-80% in three hours. It features an industry-leading 35 litres of under-seat storage, facilitated by redesigned floorboard batteries.

The vehicles also come with a TFT touchscreen console providing integrated navigation, music control, and call handling. Safety measures include remote immobilisation, geo-fencing, and accident detection.

The Chetak 3501 and 3502 are priced at ₹1,27,243 and ₹1,20,000 (ex-showroom Bengaluru), respectively. Bookings can be made through dealerships or online. Deliveries for the 3501 are scheduled for late December, while the 3502 will follow in January.
