The surge in institutional participation is evident, with the VIP user segment experiencing a notable doubling, alongside a significant rise in registered institutional users.

In response to the evolving regulatory landscape, Binance has committed to improving its compliance and security measures. In 2024, the exchange has allocated hundreds of millions of dollars towards critical projects aimed at bolstering these aspects. As a result, Binance’s internal compliance team has expanded to 650 members, a strategic move that enhances its capability to secure regulatory approvals across 21 jurisdictions.
