Embassy REIT invests ₹100 cr in Kadubeesanahalli metro station, secures 30-year naming rights

Embassy Office Parks REIT has signed a definitive agreement to invest ₹100 crore in developing the Kadubeesanahalli Metro Station along the Outer Ring Road (ORR) corridor.

The 17-km ORR metro project connects Central Silk Board Junction to K R Puram and includes 16 stations, linking key commercial hubs, including Embassy TechVillage business park. As part of the agreement, the metro station will be named Embassy TechVillage Kadubeesanahalli Metro Station for 30 years from its commercial operation date.

Previously, Embassy REIT invested over ₹180 crore to construct a flyover at Embassy Manyata Business Park and ₹30 crore in a pedestrian footbridge to enhance connectivity and safety, said Ritwik Bhattacharjee, Chief Executive Officer of Embassy REIT.

“The Outer Ring Road corridor is a vital mobility route in Bengaluru, linking major commercial hubs, IT parks, and residential areas,” said M Maheshwar Rao, Managing Director, BMRCL.
