Fusion CX, a customer experience (CX) and business process outsourcing (BPO) services provider, is acquiring US-based BPO player S4 Communications for an undisclosed sum. S4 Communications recorded a revenue of $23.5 million in 2024.
The acquisition will combine S4 Communications’ specialisation in serving clients across telecom and utilities industries with Fusion CX’s technologies including voice bots, chatbots, analytics, accent harmonisation, and AI-powered QMS.
Fusion CX delivers services and solutions primarily to sectors such as utilities, hi-tech, healthcare, retail, BFSI, and travel, and hospitality. The deal will strengthen their telecom and utilities portfolio and will help add prominent telecom brands in the US as clients.
Fusion CX has a team of over 20,000 professionals operating from over 40 centres across North America, LATAM, India, EMEA, and South-East Asia. In India, the company has large presence in Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata. Earlier this year, it launched its facility in Chennai to accommodate around 650 employees.
“The acquisition of S4 Communications marks a pivotal step in our growth journey. We are thrilled to welcome over 900 talented employees in Houston, Texas, and the Philippines to the family. We will deliver innovative and scalable solutions that empower our clients to thrive in a customer-first world,” Pankaj Dhanuka, MD and CEO, Fusion CX, said.
