HDFC Flexi Cap delivers 19 per cent CAGR in 30 years

HDFC Flexi Cap has delivered a compounded annual growth of 19 per cent in the last 30 years.

An investment of ₹1 lakh since inception would have grown to about ₹1.88 crore, outperforming the benchmark Nifty 500 TRI return of ₹1.52 crore. Further, an SIP of ₹10,000 a month since inception on the first business day of every month, leading to an investment of ₹35.90 lakh in the fund, would have grown to ₹21 crore as of November 29, said the fund house.

HDFC Flexi Cap Fund is the fourth equity product in the fund house’s portfolio with a 30-year history.

Navneet Munot, MD & CEO, HDFC AMC said the fund has navigated various market cycles and emerged stronger each time, reflecting the resilience of the investment processes.

Roshi Jain, Senior Fund Manager at HDFC AMC, said the fund house’s consistent focus on identifying high-quality businesses with sustainable growth drivers has enabled it to create wealth for investors.
