HUDCO and DDA join hands to boost housing and urban development 

Shares of Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) fell by 0.37 percent to ₹253.35 on the BSE at 2.34pm today.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with HUDCO on December 10, 2024, in New Delhi.

According to its exchange filing, under the terms of the agreement, HUDCO will provide capacity-building programmes for DDA officials and offer consultancy services for a range of projects, including residential projects , commercial projects, institutional projects, residential-cum-commercial projects, commercial-cum-institutional projects, and other projects related to housing, urban development, and infrastructure. 

Furthermore, this partnership between HUDCO and DDA aims to accelerate the development of housing and urban infrastructure in Delhi.
