Funskool India, a toy manufacturing company owned by the MRF Group, has announced the appointment of KA Shabir as its CEO, effective January 1, 2025.

With over 33 years of experience at Funskool, Shabir has held key leadership roles across various departments, including international business, manufacturing, factory operations and new product development. His contributions have been instrumental in driving the company’s growth, according to a statement.

Funskool’s toys are sold in over 4,500 retail outlets across India and are an important part of the toy portfolio for major e-commerce and modern trade brands in the country.
