Startup incubator T-Hub has appointed Kavikrut as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with effect from March 10.

With over 17 years in leadership roles, Kavikrut worked as the Chief Growth Officer at OYO, where he helped the hospitality aggregator expand its footprint to over 100 cities and towns in the country.

He led OYO’s international expansion into Japan in partnership with Yahoo! Japan and SoftBank Japan in 2018.
Sujit Jagirdar is leading the incubator as its Interim CEO following the completion of the term of Mahankali Srinivasa Rao (MSR) late last year.

Welcoming his appointment as the T-Hub CEO, Jayesh Ranjan, Special Chief Secretary for IT and Industries of Govt of Telangana, said that his passion for startups, global experience, and hands-on operational skills made him the ideal leader for T-Hub.

“His leadership will play a crucial role in making India a powerhouse of entrepreneurship,” he said.

T-Hub, set up by the Telangana Government but led by a Board of Directors comprising Hyderabad’s industry and academic ecosystem, has supported over 2,000 startups so far.
