Construction major NCC Limited has secured a new building division order worth ₹349.70 crores (excluding GST) from a private company in December 2024. The company disclosed this information in a regulatory filing to the National Stock Exchange and BSE on January 1, 2025.
The shares of NCC Limited were trading at ₹279 up by ₹5.10 or 1.86 per cent on the NSE today at 11.20 am.
The project has an execution timeline of 32 months and clarified that the order was received in the normal course of business and does not involve any related party transactions. The company also confirmed that its promoters, promoter group, and group companies have no interest in the entity that awarded the project.

The Hyderabad-based infrastructure company mentioned the order, which excludes any internal contracts, adds to NCC Limited’s existing order book in the building division.
