The Philippines dropped two notches to 21^st out of 40 countries with a score of 50.9 out of 100 in the latest edition of the Global Youth Index by Saudi Arabian nonprofit organization Misk Foundation. The index measures factors that determine youth development worldwide. The Philippines tied with Indonesia.
