Sammaan Capital allots NCDs worth ₹165.26 crore in public issue 

Sammaan Capital Limited (formerly Indiabulls Housing Finance) announced today the allotment of 16,52,622 secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth ₹165.26 crore through a public issue. The allotment was approved by the company’s Securities Issuance and Investment Committee.

The shares of Sammaan Capital Limited (formerly Indiabulls Housing Finance) were trading at ₹155.03, up by ₹0.95 or 0.62 per cent on the NSE today at 12.49 pm.

The NCDs were issued at a face value of ₹1,000 each as part of the company’s Tranche II Issue. This issuance falls within the larger shelf limit of ₹2,000 crore, where the company had set a base issue size of ₹100 crore with an option to retain oversubscription up to ₹200 crore, totalling a Tranche II Issue limit of ₹300 crore.

The allotment data reveals that Category 4 investors received the largest share with 5,43,832 NCDs, followed by Category 2 with 7,44,950 NCDs, and Category 3 with 3,63,840 NCDs. The NCDs were distributed across 12 different series, with Series 4 and Series 7 seeing particularly strong allocation numbers.

The company, which recently rebranded from Indiabulls Housing Finance to Sammaan Capital Limited, made this announcement in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations. The NCDs were issued under the Tranche II Prospectus dated December 5, 2024, along with the Shelf Prospectus dated August 28, 2024.
