Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited, a subsidiary of Thomas Cook (India) Limited, announced today the launch of Sterling Brookstone Coorg, expanding its presence in Karnataka’s popular hill station. The new resort, located near Madikeri, features villa and cottage-style accommodations with modern amenities including a swimming pool and banquet facilities.
The shares of Thomas Cook (India) Limited were trading at ₹197.50, up by ₹1.65 or 0.84 per cent on the NSE today at 3:22 pm.

The property, situated in the Western Ghats, offers easy access to local attractions such as Abbey Falls, Madikeri Fort, and the Dubare Elephant Camp. The resort’s in-house restaurant, Planter’s Kitchen, serves both local Kodagu cuisine and international dishes.
“Sterling Brookstone Coorg is designed to offer a truly immersive experience in one of India’s most picturesque destinations,” said Vikram Lalvani, Managing Director & CEO of Sterling Holiday Resorts.
Sterling Holiday Resorts currently operates more than 3,000 keys across 57 resorts, hotels, and retreats at 48 destinations in India. The company, which is part of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, manages properties under two brands – Sterling and Nature Trails – covering various segments including leisure stays, MICE, destination weddings, and group travel. The new Coorg property adds to their existing portfolio of resorts in popular tourist destinations across the country.
