Coforge announced this new agreement will strengthen their long-standing partnership to supercharge Sabre’s product roadmap, furthering the latter’s ability to accelerate product delivery and launch additional AI-enabled solutions.
Adani Wilmar has signied a definitive agreement to acquire GD Foods Manufacturing (India) Private Ltd. The acquisition will be executed in multiple tranches, with 80 per cent of the shares to be acquired in the first tranche, and the remaining 20 per cent over the next three years, stated an official release here. In FY’24, GD Foods achieved a revenue of ₹386 crore, growing at a 3-year CAGR of 15 percent, and recorded an EBITDA of ₹32 crore.
The Competition Commission of India on Tuesday cleared Ambuja Cements’ proposal to acquire a majority stake in CK Birla group firm Orient Cement Ltd for Rs 8,100 crore. Ambuja Cements, a part of the diversified Adani Group, operates 22 integrated cement plants across India, as well as 10 bulk cement terminals and 21 grinding units.
Power Grid Corporation of India on Tuesday said that it has secured three projects related to setting up of inter-state power transmission systems. Power Grid Corporation of India Limited has been declared as successful bidder under tariff-based competitive bidding for three projects to establish inter-state transmission system under Build, Own Operate and Transfer (BOOT) mode. The letter of intent (LoI) for the respective projects have been received by Power Grid on March 3, the company said in a regulatory filing stated.
PB Fintech chairperson and CEO Yashish Dahiya on Tuesday settled a case with markets regulator Sebi over alleged violation of insider trading rules on payment of Rs 9.42 lakh. SEBI had alleged that the applicant failed to identify acquisition of 26.72 per cent shares of YKNP Marketing Management by PB Fintech Ltd (PBFL). It was further alleged that PBFL, through its subsidiary PB Fintech FZ-LLC, had access to unpublished price-sensitive information in violation of SEBI’s PIT (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, leading to accusations of insider trading.
