Telangana seeks NASSCOM help in developing Skills University

Telangana IT and Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu has asked the National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) to help build Young India Skills University, an exclusive university being promoted by the State Government to equip students with employable skills.

He made this request when a NASSCOM team led by its President Rajesh Nambiar met him at the Secretariat on Wednesday.

He also asked the NASSCOM team to encourage companies to set up their operations in Hyderabad, reinforcing the city’s position as a hub for Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
