Top gainers & losers intraday 7th March 2025: Reliance lead gains, IT stocks drag

Shares of Reliance Industries, Bharat Electronics, Nestle India, HDFC Life and Bajaj Auto traded among top gainers of Nifty 50 pack, while IndusInd Bank, NTPC, Infosys, Shriram Finance and HCL Tech lagged.

The broader market fluctuated on Friday due to continued FIIs selling and global trade tensions. Sensex traded flat at 74,344.96, and Nifty 50 traded at 22,559.05 as at 12.58 pm.

Top gainers & losers

Among the 2,841 stocks that were traded on the National Stock Exchange at the time of writing, 1,841 advanced and 917 declined. KPI Green, Shakti Pumps and JNK India were among the 196 stocks that traded at upper circuit.

Of all the Nifty 50 components, Reliance Industries stock led the rally with a gain of 3.52 per cent to trade at ₹1,252.2.

Bharat Electronic followed with 1.62 per cent increase to ₹277.38.

Nestle India shares gained 1.62 per cent to ₹2,236.75.

Stock of HDFC Life were up 1.54 per cent to ₹627.8, and auto major Bajaj Auto soared 1.47 per cent to ₹7,571.95.

On the flip side, IndusInd fell 3.27 per cent to ₹939.9. NTPC shares declined 2.01 per cent to ₹331.1.

IT major Infosys dipped 1.96 per cent to ₹1,682.3.

Shriram Finance and HCL Technologies dropped 1.82 per cent to ₹632.6 and 1.54 per cent to ₹1,561, respectively.

Inox Wind shares rallied 11 per cent on securing new work order. Zen Technologies and Data Patterns also surged among the Sensex pack. In addition, Gensol Engineering continued to trade in negative territory. Track live updates on Gensol stock here
