Zoho Books Integrates with IMS Dashboard

Zoho Books, a GST and e-invoicing-compliant accounting software, now integrates with the IMS dashboard. This integration allows businesses to fetch supplier invoices, compare them with existing records, make necessary adjustments, accept or reject them, and update the status on the IMS dashboard—all without switching between the GST portal and Zoho Books.

Enhanced Features in Zoho Books

Zoho Books has introduced fixed asset management, enabling users to record asset details, automatically calculate depreciation based on chosen parameters, and generate forecast reports. Additionally, progress-based invoicing allows businesses to invoice customers based on project milestones, thereby improving cash flow.

New Capabilities in Zoho Inventory

Zoho Inventory now offers advanced warehouse management features, including enhanced location tracking and labelling, stock counting, stock-out alerts, and role-based access for managing warehouse operations. The solution also supports the moving average inventory valuation method, aiding businesses in calculating total asset value amidst fluctuating prices.

Zoho Practice Enhances Audit and Compliance

Zoho Practice, a management app for accounting firms, has introduced Workpapers to simplify audit and compliance workflows. This feature allows firms to fetch clients’ financial statements from Zoho Books, enabling comparison, adjustments, document management, and collaboration.

Self-Service Portal for Accountants

The new self-service portal in Zoho Practice facilitates collaboration between accountants and clients using third-party accounting software. It supports document requests, digital signatures, and communication.

Ledger Management in Zoho Practice

The latest version of Zoho Practice also enables accountants to create and manage ledgers for clients who do not have a full accounting system.
